The offered Machine has the following features:
The Vacuum Pump System incorporates a Roots-type positive displacement vacuum pump. Capable of developing a maximum vacuum capacity of 6000 Cum, with a water column up to 8000 mmWG during vacuum cleaning applications. The vacuum pump is driven by a separate auxiliary diesel engine mounted on the frame. The entire assembly is installe on the machine skid and fitted with vibration dampers.
The Vacuum Cleaner has a cylindrical collector body with capacity of 8 Cum, and is suitable for collecting free flowing materials. The collecte material is discharge from the collector body by hydraulic tipping. The collector body rear dump discharge doors have facilities for hydraulically actuated locking and unlocking arrangements. Lifting and lowering of the
discharge doors as well as hydraulic tipping of the container.
The Machine incorporates two filtration stages as under: –
Stage -I : High Efficiency Cyclonic Separator
Stage -II : Pleated Filters with automatic cleaning by Reverse Air
Jet Purging System.
The diesel engine of min. 150 HP (Ashok Leyland or equivalent) is provided to drive the vacuum pump. The diesel engine is turbo charge and is watercooled with direct injection four stroke in line cylinders. The diesel engine is with all necessary standard accessories like fuel tank, fuel filter for feed pump suction line. Instrument panel with RPM indicator-cum-hours counter, ammeter, starter button, oil pressure gauge and water
temperature gauge. The radiator is industrial type with Air blast, heavy
duty type air cleaners. The diesel engine has all standard features/protections, which are require in the satisfactory operation and
performance of the Machine.
The machine has in-built air compressor with requisite capacities to meet
compressed air requirements for cleaning of filters. The compressed air
system incorporates air receivers, pressure switch, solenoid valves with
PLC arrangement, purging system etc.
The vacuum cleaner machine has the facility for hydraulic tipping of the
container. The rear dump doors of the container have facility of
hydraulically actuated locking and unlocking arrangements. Similarly,
rear dump door closing and opening is also hydraulically actuate. All
these hydraulic activities are attained through hydraulic controllers.
The Vacuum Cleaner has the following control devices:
a) Automatic cut off of diesel engine when the temperature of vacuum pump exceeds the design parameters.
b) Level controlling system for ensuring that the level in the container does not exceed the requisite capacity. As soon as this level is achieve, the diesel engine is automatically cut off with an indication on the control
panel.
c) Vacuum release valve.
d) Non return valve is provided to prevent counter rotation of the vacuum
pump when stopped under vacuum.
The entire body of the Machine chamber is with sound proofing cover and
with facility for locking arrangements. The maximum width of the machine
is 2.4 meters while the maximum height is 3.8m (approx.) when mounted
on truck chassis
The offered machine shall be mounted on 28 Ton GVW chassis.
